Everything was excellent, the hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a big size room and having a fully equipped kitchen on site was a bonus. The staff were very very helpful day and night

the hotel was stunningly beautiful and the location was great just next door to the big avenue nearby, the bus station and shops, and cancun ado bus station. the staff were helpful as i expected. the room was big, i enjoyed it, and it had a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area.
